    Wealth Manager

    Description

    Your mission will be to promote investment products of the company to corporate and individual clients, and maintain knowledge of a wide range of investment and financial products ranging from fixed income, trusts, stocks, bonds, shares, etc.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Source new clients and expand client network in professional and social settings.
    • Develop and maintain a portfolio of important revenue, generating client relationships within the defined market segment.
    • Grow portfolio profitability through the utilization of available multi-channel delivery strategies.
    • Present investment opportunities and related analysis while pitching proposed courses of action in meetings with clients.
    • Relate with investment analysts to assess financial information and investment opportunities.
    • Use relevant financial models to project future earnings and profit potentials.
    • Monitor the financial market trends to promote better decision-making and advise on funds management.
    • Engage in regular research and reading to stay apprised about the state of the Nigerian economy, global financial markets and general current events.
    • Comply with rules, regulations and legislation governing the financial services industry.

    Requirements

    • Experience with leading the teams
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a financial organization.
    • Strong command of excel and PPT.

    Software Engineer - Backend

    You will be working as a Software Engineer in our Technology Division, which is now composed of 75+ people in Lagos, Bangalore, Paris, Türkiye, and remotely across the globe.

    Roles and resposibilities

    • Developing high-quality features by working with our Product team to better serve customers.
    • Building a platform on which each market can plug its specific features while maintaining a solid common core product.
    • Tackling complex financial processes with the right patterns and appropriate solutions.
    • Helping drive the architecture and technology choices that enable a world-class experience for our customers.
    • Being responsible for designing, developing, and deploying medium to large-sized projects.
    • Helping define engineering best practices and providing technical mentorship to other members of the engineering team.
    • Contributing to continuous improvements to an infrastructure that can handle millions of clients.

    Our technical stack

    • Our customer-facing product is an Android and IOS application.
    • It communicates with a .Net Core (C#) backend.
    • We are hosted on Azure cloud: we use Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, Azure app service, and some other great services that Azure cloud offers.

    Requirements

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science, Maths, or related technical domain.
    • You have 3+ years of experience in backend software development with C#.
    • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • You have excellent problem-solving skills and object-oriented design skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience being a part of building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers;
    • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations;
    • Experience with cloud providers, preferably Azure, alternatively AWS/Azure;
    • Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, create technical designs and specifications

    Customer Retention Manager

    • Analyze customer behavior and data to identify trends and build relevant retention strategies
    • Develop and implement effective communication plans to engage and interact with customers through various channels, including email, SMS, in-app notifications, social media, etc.
    • Build and maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives and meet customer retention goals
    • Leverage marketing automation platforms and customer database to maximize customer retention and engagement
    • Collaborate with product teams to improve customer experience and identify opportunities to solve customer pain points and improve brand loyalty
    • Participate in customer research and feedback activities to gather insights and identify opportunities to improve retention efforts

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in customer retention and engagement, and/or loyalty programs
    • Experience working in the financial services industry is a plus
    • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a strong understanding of customer data and behavior
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders
    • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing customer engagement and retention strategies and tactics
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects at once.
