    Regional Coordinator

    Location: South East

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Monitoring movements of valuables as scheduled.
    • Ensure documentation of transaction instruments are complete and accurate.
    • Managing client request and delivering superior levels of service to all customers.
    • Ensuring safe delivery of valuables to various customers is scheduled.
    • Assist in daily and monthly cash reconciliation process.
    • Daily/weekly/monthly performance reporting in line with SLA.
    • Adhere to internal control procedures and policies of the company.
    • Adhere to the company’s code of conduct, business ethics and company policies and procedures.
    • Adherence to proper recording of all movement.
    • Other duties as assigned by the Lead CIT Operations/MD.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Business Management or related field.
    • 2 - 3 years Experience.

    Business Development Officer


    Job Description

    • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
    • Planning and preparing presentations.
    • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
    • Overseeing the development of marketing strategy.
    • Providing management with feedback.
    • Participate and where appropriate lead in the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic plans, business plans and operational policies and procedures for the company.
    • Progress and complete identified tasks and projects as required in the business planning process.
    • Maintain a working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and codes of practice and ensure these are adhered to within the company and maintain professional development through participation in training to meet the changing demands of the role.
    • Liaise with Senior Management Team to ensure high standards of best practice and continuous improvements are in place to meet corporate aims.
    • Research best practice with other CIT providers to ensure best practice is incorporated into the organizational procedures, processes and policies.
    • Liaise with ICT to make effective use of IT to set up data collection systems relating to policy and outcomes and research projects.
    • Other duties as assigned by the Lead, Business Development Unit/MD.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. in Business Management or related field.
    • Minimum of 3-4 years experience in Business Development.
    • Experience in CIT is preferred.
