    HR Offficer- Generalist

    Responsibilities

    • Work with team on recruitment
    • Manage Benefit and compensation
    • Manage the Leave process
    • Work with team to ensure employee performance management
    • Manage documentation and On-boarding

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Accountancy or Social Sciences.
    • 3-5 years relevant work experience
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
    • Professional certification such as ACIPM and its equivalent is an added advantage.
    • Verse with Compensation & Benefit.
    • Male preferably for gender balance
