    Training Manager

    Job Summary

    Successful applicant(s) will be responsible for coordinating the efficient use of the Company’s training and other workspace facilities. He/ she will carry out the following functions:

    • Manage the process for booking training (and other work) room facilities
    • Maintain online or hardcopy schedule for use of training and work facilities
    • Manage the set-up of training and workspace facilities for use by clients
    • Ensure availability of relevant resources required by users of the facility (working with vendors and/ or responsible internal team member)
    • Work with clients to schedule trainings
    • Manage communication of training programs and facility guidelines to relevant parties
    • Receive enquiries about workspace and/ or training facilities, respond to issues and resolve as required
    • Communicate prices and liaise with relevant teams to confirm payment; issue receipts as necessary
    • Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and clients
    • Monitor usage of facilities by clients and users, to ensure adherence to established policies
    • Inspect facilities periodically, and work with Maintenance team/ vendors to carry out required repairs to ensure the spaces are in an excellent state for use

    Education and Work Experience

    • Bachelors’ Degree in any discipline
    • At least 1-year experience in an administrative position

    • Knowledge of office procedures
    • Ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Good problem-solving and issue resolution skills
    • Very good time management skills
    • Ability to pay attention to details
    • Good communication skills
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools
