    Administrative Officer

    Description

    • The Institution hereby invites competent office staff to support officials in our Secretariat. They will be the ones to organize and maintain the executive's schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
    • They must be competent professionals with great time-management and multitasking abilities. It is with their diligence and competence in their work that executives can focus on their oversight responsibilities without worrying for other tasks.

    Responsibilities/Duties

    • Organize a filing system for important and confidential secretariat documents.
    • Attend to member on membership issues.
    • Update office policies as needed.
    • Maintains institution’s calendar and schedule appointments.
    • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.

    Qualifications/ Requirements

    • Be a graduate with good honours Degree in any of the Social Sciences/Humanities with at least two (2) years’ experience.
    • Candidates must have similar experience at a reputable organization at least five (2) years.
    • Proven competency in planning. organizing and implementing operational activities.
    • Be Information and Communication Technology (ICT) compliant and Proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills including a high level of professional maturity is required.
