    Account Manager: Gaming / Components

    Responsibilities:
    Account Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner accounts in the gaming industry, including major brands like Xbox and PlayStation, serving as the first point of contact and ensuring alignment on business objectives.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to gaming partners, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Assist in collaborating with gaming partners to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at driving sales, expanding market presence, and maximizing profitability.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the gaming sector.

    Market Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough market research and analysis specific to the gaming industry to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, leveraging data to inform decision-making.
    • Stay up-to-date with gaming industry developments and emerging trends.

    Pricing Strategy:

    • Analyze pricing dynamics and market trends within the gaming sector to develop competitive pricing strategies that maximize sales and profitability while maintaining partner relationships.
    • Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market conditions and partner feedback.

    Merchandising:

    • Work closely with gaming partners to optimize product assortment, placement, and presentation on our online platform, ensuring a compelling and user-friendly shopping experience.
    • Collaborate with partners to develop exclusive product offerings and promotions.

    Marketing Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with internal marketing teams and gaming partners to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
    • Leverage gaming community insights to enhance marketing strategies and engage with target audiences.

    Communication and Coordination:

    • Own all external and internal coordination, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between all parties involved.
    • Keep all stakeholders and documents up to date, ensuring clarity and alignment on objectives and progress.

    Revenue Growth:

    • Drive more revenue through sales and increased marketing funding by identifying and securing new opportunities.
    • Develop marketing plans that align with partner goals and secure approval from major gaming brands like Xbox and PlayStation.

    Launch Management:

    • Manage all new game launches and inventory, ensuring timely availability and optimal stock levels.
    • Develop and implement strong sales and marketing plans around each new launch to maximize visibility and sales.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in account management, merchandising, or marketing, preferably within the gaming industry.
    • Experience in the consumer electronics or e-commerce industry is a plus.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with partners.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Proven track record of driving results and exceeding targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

    Requirements:

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to coordinate effectively internally and externally.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
    • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
    • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to keep all parties and documents up to date, ensuring clarity and alignment on objectives and progress.
    • Proven ability to drive revenue through sales and secure increased marketing funding.
    • Experience creating marketing plans that get approved by major partners like Xbox and PlayStation.
    • Ability to manage all new game launches and inventory, ensuring strong sales and marketing plans around each launch.
