Accountant at Cloud Nine Records Ltd

DESCRIPTION:

• Will be in charge of the company's books and sure they are up to date and accurate
• Manage financial transactions.
• Handle company and employees taxes and other levies payable.
• Keep records of transactions, payments, expenses and prepares invoices, and follow up on delayed incoming payments.
• Prepare financial reports and carry out audits.
• Provide financial analysis.
• Create an optimal system for a smooth operation of the finances of the company.
• Advise on budgeting for the company.
• Ensure that all finance processes are carried out in compliance with financial regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• B.Sc or its equivalent 
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting softwares
• Detail oriented and accuracy in financial reporting
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possesses excellent acumen, can interpret financial statements and periodicals,
• Advanced maths skills,
• Great organizational skills, can multitask
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office or Google Suites
