    Admin Manager

    About the role

    Location: Remote (fulltime)

    What you’ll get to do

    Operations:

    • Oversee the ongoing operations of all departments in the company.
    • Work closely with People Operations Manager to establish short-term and long-term admin goals and policies.
    • Manage ad-hoc operations staff members or vendors such as cleaners, drivers, etc
    • Establish, review and execute operations policies and frameworks that promote the goals, culture and standards of the organisation.
    • Facilitate all staff travel, accommodation and related requests, and establish a framework for the smooth operation of these across our locations. 

    Procurement:

    • Liaise with the Finance Team in developing and controlling all operational budgets and spending to ensure that the organisation has all the working resources required to meet its objectives within limits. 
    • Manage the smooth functioning of the office support systems including quality assurance and negotiations with suppliers, vendors and other service providers in the most cost-effective manner.
    • Provide an efficient system of managing all the office equipment and resources of the organisation, across all locations.
    • Establish, review and execute procurement policies and frameworks that promote the goals, culture and standards of the organisation.

    Facility Management:

    • Ensure all the organisation’s facilities comply with all applicable regulations and standards.
    • Facilitate the daily running and maintenance of all the facilities of the organisation, and ensure all equipment and other facility resources are functioning appropriately.
    • Establish, review and execute facility management policies and frameworks that promote the goals, culture and standards of the organisation.

    To succeed in this role, we think you should have

    • Minimum 4 years in-depth operations/admin experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience developing operations policies and frameworks.
    • Good knowledge and use of operations productivity tools and resources. 
    • Strong knowledge of procurement, operations and facility management procedures. 
    • Strong business acumen and analytical thought process.
    • Ability to execute goals independently with little or no supervision.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Tertiary education from a recognised institution.
