    Assistant Business Development Manager (Financial Sector)

    Position Overview

    • As an Assistant Business Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
    • You'll work closely with the business development team to identify and capitalize on opportunities that align with our strategic goals.
    • Your insights and efforts will contribute to the overall success of our business while enhancing your professional development.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the development and execution of strategic business development plans.
    • Identify and target potential clients through market research and lead generation.
    • Collaborate with senior team members to nurture and develop client relationships.
    • Prepare compelling presentations and proposals for client meetings.
    • Participate in negotiations and contribute to deal-closing activities.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (Master's/MBA is a plus).
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the financial sector.
    • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Results-oriented and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
