    B2B Corporate Training Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven intermediate B2B Corporate Training Sales Executive to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales with a strong network of people, with a proven track record of closing deals and building long-term client relationships.
    • As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and achieving sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in the corporate sector who can benefit from our training solutions. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, and training managers. Understand their training needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
    • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our training programs.
    • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals and secure contracts.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
    • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond. Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in a Training Academy
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships..
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
