    Business Development Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Generating leads by identifying and targeting new contacts in line with the overall business strategy
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with your new and existing clients
    • Cold introductions that consistently convert to new business meetings and closing deals
    • Selling a portfolio of luxury goods and services to HNIs, Corporate and Government agencies.
    • Stay up to date on current industry trends and challenges, ensuring the company evolves and its offering develops in line with brand demands and requirements
    • Use pre-established relationships to expand the current position of the business
    • Attend activations and relevant industry events to network and help build the company's profile
    • Provide regular updates and reports on performance, pipeline development, client feedback, and industry insights
    • Be responsible for owning & executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly/yearly revenue targets
    • Develop new and evolving strategies to attract and engage new clients

    Requirements

    • First degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related fields.
    • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Development manager with at least 2 years in a luxury goods and service company preferably
    • Proven track record of successfully closing high-end deals with HNIs, corporate and Government agencies
    • Highly professional and confident communicator
    • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
    • Self-motivated and driven by target
