    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
    • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and pitch new business ideas
    • Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
    • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports

    Requirements :

    • Minimum age, 24 years
    • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
    • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and closing deals
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative business development strategies
    • Strong understanding of the media industry and market trends
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • Experience with media planning and buying
    • Knowledge of digital media platforms and technologies
    • Familiarity with data analysis and sales reporting tools
    • Understanding of branding and marketing principles
    • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools
