    Business Manager

    The Business Manager will be responsible for leading and ensuring the efficiency of all business operations of the Restaurant and Lounge as well as setting and implementing strategic goals for the future while maintaining customer satisfaction within specified time frame.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity.
    • Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
    • Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities at all times (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.).
    • Develop, maintain, and assure adherence to policies and procedures of the company.
    • Maintain standards for business operations in accordance with all regulatory agencies, State and Federal laws.
    • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
    • Provide guidance to employees that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the Company’s vision and culture.
    • Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Maintain relationships with guests/ partners/vendors/suppliers.
    • Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports to Executive Management.
    • Assess overall company performance against objectives.
    • Represent the Company in events, conferences etc. where required.

    Requirements and skills

    • Minimum of 5 years proven experience as Business Manager in a Restaurant or related field.
    • A Master’s degree in Business Management or related field.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Thorough understanding of diverse business processes, strategy development and implementation.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems.
    • Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques.
    • Willingness to relocate to Asaba, Delta State.
