• The role involves overseeing the operations and performance of the Ajah business unit, developing strategies for growth and profitability, managing budgets and resources, and leading a team to achieve business objectives.

• Financial Management and Budgeting experience
• Business Development and Sales skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the renewable energy or refrigeration industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field with 2 to 5 years of experience
• Previous experience in a managerial role
