Role Summary:
The Capacity Development Associate will lead efforts to build the technical and managerial capacities of project participants, including youth and women entrepreneurs, farmer organizations, and agribusiness enterprises. This individual will design and deliver training programs, provide technical assistance, and facilitate peer learning activities to enhance the skills and knowledge of project beneficiaries.
