    IT Support Engineer

    Job Summary

    • The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing computer systems, maintaining network uptime, and ensuring data security.
    • This role is ideal for individuals with up to 3 years of experience in IT support who are eager to develop their skills and grow within the company.

    Responsibilities

    • Troubleshoot and repair computer systems, including laptops, servers, desktops, and printers, and maintain detailed records of all repairs.
    • Troubleshoot issues related to iOS, Windows, and MS Office applications.
    • Conduct regular checks and updates for software, including antivirus, Windows, and MS Office.
    • Ensure network uplink uptime by escalating issues to the responsible body, vendor, or engineer.
    • Configure firewalls and manage security policies under supervision.
    • Configure and troubleshoot email systems.
    • Perform regular checks on internet links and structural cabling.
    • Escalate inverter and battery-related issues to the inverter team.
    • Conduct regular checks on CCTV systems, biometric terminals, and VoIP phones.
    • Ensure network access is granted only to authorized personnel after proper approval.
    • Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance of network systems, including switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
    • Preserve IT assets, information security, and control structures.
    • Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
    • Maintain records of IT assets (laptops, keyboards, mice, chargers, etc.) assigned to employees with proper approval.
    • Maintain records of IT assets returned by employees leaving the organization.
    • Keep records of faulty IT assets.

    Skills Requirement

    • Familiarity with troubleshooting iOS, Windows, and MS Office applications.
    • Basic knowledge of firewall configuration and policy management.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Experience with email configuration and troubleshooting is a plus.
    • Understanding of network maintenance, including switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.

    Field Engineer

    Job Description

    • The Field Engineer will be responsible for conducting technical RF site surveys, installing and configuring RF equipment, and ensuring the seamless integration and operation of RF systems.
    • The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years of relevant experience, adhere to strict safety protocols, and work closely with other teams to maintain and troubleshoot RF infrastructure.

    Responsibilities

    • Visit project sites and conduct technical RF site surveys.
    • Submit detailed survey reports, including height, coordinates, mast/tower details, photos, and material requirements.
    • Analyze existing RF infrastructure and propose link plans.
    • Prepare and submit RF link reports based on project requirements.
    • Prepare bills of material and plans for the deployment of RF equipment.
    • Configure and install RF equipment on towers.
    • Install pole mounts, radio antennas, access points, and CPEs on towers.
    • Configure routers, switches, and access points.
    • Conduct radio link tests, internet speed tests, and integrate internet links.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot radio link issues in the field.
    • Perform regular maintenance to prevent system failures.
    • Work closely with other teams, such as network engineers, to ensure seamless operations.
    • Maintain documentation of RF systems, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
    • Ensure RF systems comply with relevant industry regulations.
    • Lay network cables from tower tops to server rooms.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights.
    • Use safety equipment and follow industry-standard safety practices.
    • Ensure that installations meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
    • Demonstrate flexibility in shift working, be a team player, and self-motivated.

    Qualifications

    • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
    • Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in RF site surveys, installation, and maintenance.

    Skills Requirements:

    • Strong understanding of RF equipment, antennas, and networking components.
    • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and access points.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve RF-related issues.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
    • Technical certification in Telecommunications or a related field os a plus.
    • 2 - 3 years of experience in installing and maintaining RF equipment on telecommunication towers.

    Skills:

    • Strong understanding of RF equipment, antennas, and feedlines.
    • Proficiency in configuring and aligning RF components.
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions.
    • Commitment to safety and adherence to industry-standard safety practices.

    • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
