    Chief Executive Officer

    Job Summary

    The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Education Reform and Innovation Team will spearhead the organization’s mission to reform and transform education in alignment with their comprehensive Theory of Change. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader who can effectively meld strategic oversight with impactful execution. He/She will guide the organization through its next phase of growth by developing and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance educational outcomes and expand their reach.

    He/She will be directly responsible for scaling up the organization’s impact, securing sustainable funding, and enhancing operational efficiency. This strategic vision will navigate the organization through evolving educational landscapes, fostering partnerships, and influencing policy changes that align with our goals.

    Key Requirements

    • A minimum of a master’s degree in business administration, education, public administration, or a related field is required. A doctoral degree or equivalent in any of these fields is also preferred.
    • At least 12years of progressive leadership relevant experience in a non-profit, education, or related sector with a demonstrated track record of successful strategic planning and execution, and substantial oversight responsibilities, including staff management and financial oversight.
