Job Description

• Assembly and fitting: Assembling and fitting steel components, such as beams, columns, and trusses, to meet design specifications.
• Machinery operation: Operating machinery, such as saws, drills, and presses, to cut, shape, and assemble steel components.
• Quality control: Conducting quality control checks to ensure accuracy and precision in the production process.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues with machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Team collaboration: Working with other teams, such as welding and painting, to ensure the smooth production of structural steel components.
• Safety protocols: Ensuring all work is performed safely and in accordance with company safety protocols.
• Production optimization: Identifying opportunities to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Tooling maintenance: Maintaining and repairing tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND qualification with 3 - 9 years relevant work experience.
