    Client Project Manager

    Key Responsibilities:
    Client Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, consistent communication and maintaining strong, positive relationships.
    • Facilitate kickoff meetings, regular check-ins, and fact-finding sessions to understand and align with client expectations.
    • Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.

    Project Management:

    • Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
    • Track project deadlines, manage timelines, and coordinate resources to ensure timely delivery of all project components.
    • Ensure that project milestones are met while maintaining a high level of client engagement and satisfaction.

    Account Management:

    • Manage client relationships, track billable hours, and ensure transparency and alignment with client goals and expectations.
    • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

    Adaptability:

    • Thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing project needs and client demands.
    • Demonstrate flexibility in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

    Professional Communication:

    • Utilize exceptional communication skills to deliver updates, presentations, and reports to clients and internal teams.
    • Ensure that all client-facing communication is polished, professional, and aligned with the company’s standards.

    • Strong Client Relationships: Maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Timely Project Delivery: Consistently meet project deadlines, delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.
    • Professionalism: Exhibit a polished, client-focused approach in all interactions, enhancing the company’s reputation and client trust.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • 4-5 years of proven experience in project management and client services, with a focus on client-facing roles.
    • High level of emotional intelligence, polished communication skills, and experience in managing client relationships.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from kickoff to delivery, including facilitating meetings, tracking billable hours, and ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Comfortable working in fast-moving and dynamic environments, handling multiple projects with ease.
