JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• As a content moderator, you find no fuss in monitoring each post or upload on a social media platform, blog, email, and website, deciding whether or not it requires a response. 
• In this role, you may rotate through each channel to check new uploads, engage with the community, investigate issues, provide customer support, or respond to inquiries. 
• You will focus on user-submitted content, deciding what rules to apply to content and announce changes or activities as and when necessary

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in user-generated content moderation, or interested in online safety
• Culturally aware of trends and pop culture within the brand’s industry and geography
• Technically savvy, possesses logical problem-solving skills  and able to quickly learn new systems
• Ability to work through invasive/disruptive content with experience navigating internet websites including social media, commercial websites, etc.
• Strong spelling, grammar, and reading skills with strong emotional intelligence and resilience
• Attention to detail with an ability to be flexible in order to meet changing business needs
• Possesses logical problem-solving skills
