    Content Writer/Copywriter Intern

    Job Location: Yaba, Lagos

    We are seeking a motivated and creative Content Writer/Copy Writer Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about writing, content creation, and digital marketing. The successful candidate will work closely with our Brand Development & Marketing Team to produce compelling content that enhances our brand presence and engages our target audience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and original content for various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
    • Copywriting: Write persuasive and compelling copy for advertisements, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.
    • Research: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to produce authoritative and insightful content.
    • SEO Optimization: Implement best practices in SEO to ensure content is optimized for search engines and improves organic search rankings.
    • Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and style consistency.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the brand development and marketing team to brainstorm and execute content strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
    • Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools to inform future content strategies and improvements.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Recent graduate with a degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Skills:
      • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
      • Strong understanding of content creation and digital marketing principles.
      • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
      • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and content editing tools.
    • Attributes:
      • Creativity and the ability to develop original content ideas.
      • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
