    Creatives & Brand Coordinator

    Job Description

    • As a creative, you're involved in the development and execution ofinitial and ongoing concepts, design, development and management of campaigns in a range of sectors such as marketing, brand and advertising.

    Responsibilities

    • Create ideas that can be used across various platforms to support campaigns.
    • Staying one step ahead of competitors by researching current media trends
    • Inspiring other creatives to be expressive and innovative in their ideas
    • Execute tasks with the flair and professionalism needed to push the agency and clients in the right direction
    • Participate in and actively support company initiatives.
    • Be familiar with the general specifications and market requirements.
    • Assist clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner.
    • Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements.
    • Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
    • Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.
    • Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ requirements.
    • Source for brand contracts and opportunities for collaboration with other Brand companies
    • Manage all third party vendors to deliver at all times

    Qualification and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Journalism and other relevant fields.
    • A minimum of 2 - 4 years experience, particularly with, but not limited to Web, Social and emerging Technologies.
    • A solid understanding of design, copy and web practises.
    • Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
    • Must be a creative and strategic thinker.

    Competencies and Skills Required:

    • An ability to produce original ideas.
    • High-level creative thinking and the confidence to use it.
    • Multiple disciplines embracing the various roles required throughout a project.
    • Strong experience in relevant fields.
    • The confidence to share and present ideas internally and externally.
    • Motivation and the desire to execute every job to the highest standard.
    • The ability to deliver campaigns that generate results.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • The ability to think laterally and literally.
