    Customer Care Representative

    Job Description

    • Make calls to customers to pay their outstanding debt.
    • Send messages to customer.
    • Guide customers through the payment process.
    • Persuade reluctant customers to make payment promptly.
    • Meet weekly and monthly targets.
    • Give proper and correct report of work.

    General Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a minimum of OND qualification with 1+ years work experience.
    • The Ideal candidate should understand how to manage clients.
    • Must be computer literate.
    • Should be willing to work from the office (Monday-Friday)
    • Android Phone (Minimum of 2GB)
