    Customer Service Experience Executive

    Job Brief

    • We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Customer Experience Executive to support our clients in the fintech sector.
    • The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, handle inquiries about finance and services, and ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement customer experience strategies.
    • Analyze customer feedback and behavior data.
    • Identify areas for improvement in the customer journey.
    • Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance user interfaces.
    • Manage customer support operations and teams.
    • Establish and monitor customer satisfaction metrics.
    • Drive initiatives to increase customer retention and loyalty.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations in customer interactions.
    • Adapt and respond to different types of customer characters.
    • Handle large amounts of incoming calls, messages, and emails.
    • Follow communication guidelines and policies.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. / HND in a related field.
    • 3 - 5 years of proven customer support experience, ideally in fintech or financial institutions.
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Track record of over-achieving quotas.
    • Experience in contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails.
