    Customer Service Intern

    Job Description

    • We are currently seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Interns in our Ikorodu office, Lagos.
    • As a Customer Service Intern, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls and messages to promote and sell our products.
    • This role involves explaining product benefits, features, and history to potential customers, influencing them to make a purchase, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

    Requirements

    • Minimum qualification: NCE & OND Holder only can Apply.
    • Must Reside in Ikorodu.
    • 0 - 1 year relevant work experience.
    • No experience needed; training will be provided.
    • Ability to counter customer objections.
    • Ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
    • Experience with eCommerce customer service is a plus.
    • Independent, self-motivated, and organized.
    • Articulate with the ability to quickly develop rapport with customers over the phone.
    • Coordinate with delivery agents across various states in Nigeria for timely order fulfillment.
    • Conduct follow-up calls to confirm successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

    Key Skills:

    • Exceptional verbal communication skills.
    • Convincing demeanor.
    • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Self-starter attitude with a goal-driven approach.
    • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and software.
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
