    Customer Service Representative

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience by effectively managing customer interactions through various communication channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
    • Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns by providing accurate information, troubleshooting problems, and offering effective solutions.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
    • Collect and document customer feedback and suggestions to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.
    • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer issues are resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved.
    • Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.

    Qualification / Requirements

    • HND, Bachelor’s degree in any field.
    • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

    Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to handle difficult or irate customers calmly and professionally.
    • Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
