    Customer Success Lead

    Responsibilities

    • Customer retention and internal sales.
    • Improve ongoing customer relationships and networking.
    • Implement success programs, contribute to sales and minimize churn.
    • Upsell the company's product/services with the brand image.
    • Review customer's complaints and concern and seek to improve the experience.
    • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and management.

    Requirements

    • HND / Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Sales / Customer Service/Communications/Business Administration or other related fields.
    • Candidate must be within the age bracket 25 - 45years
    • Relevant experience (3 - 7 year) as a customer success lead is an advantage
    • Strong negotiation skill.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Language skills. Must speak fluent English and at least one of the 3 major Nigerian Languages – Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba.
    • Must have NYSC Discharge Certificate/Exemption letter.
    • Must reside in Lagos preferably mainland axis.
