    Deposit Mobilizer

    Deposit Mobilizer

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Deposit Mobilizer to join our team at our microfinance bank and drive the growth of our deposit base. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships through effective sales techniques and exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and attract new depositors through market research, networking, and targeted sales strategies
    • Promote and explain the bank's deposit products and services to potential clients
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase the deposit base and achieve sales targets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Provide personalized banking solutions and financial advice to clients
    • Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities to raise awareness of the bank's deposit products
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive banking experience
    • Maintain accurate records of deposit mobilization activities, client interactions, and sales performance

     

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
    • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service within the banking or financial services sector
    • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
    • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
