Job Details

• Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business
• Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
• Ability to analyze user engagement metrics to determine whether the content is well-received.
• Determining which formats best communicate various types of content, identifying ways to increase brand awareness, and conducting keyword research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Call Centre Experience: at least 3 years of customer support experience via phone, email, and chat is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of content management systems, keyword research tools, social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM).
• Excellent and fluent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills. 
• Very customer service focused, able to deal with customers in a friendly, positive, and polite manner via calls.
• Portfolio of published blogs, articles, whitepapers, etc.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
