    Junior Architect

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with senior architects to contribute to the development of architectural designs.
    • Assist in creating preliminary sketches, 3D models, and renderings to illustrate design concepts
    • Contribute creative ideas and solutions to design challenges.
    • Produce detailed architectural drawings using software tools such as AutoCAD or Revit.
    • Prepare and update construction documents, including plans, elevations, and sections.
    • Ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
    • Collaborate with engineers, landscape architects, and other consultants to integrate their expertise into the overall design.
    • Review and incorporate consultant drawings and specifications into the architectural documents.
    • Prepare presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Create visualizations, such as 3D models and renderings, to effectively communicate design concepts

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
    • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools.
    • Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Familiarity with building codes and regulations.

    Accountant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare Budget Forecasts
    • Make timely bank payments
    • Manage all accounting transactions
    • Reconcile account payable and receivable
    • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
    • Manage balance sheet, profit/loss payments

    Key Requirements:

    • BSC/HND in Accounting
    • Minimum of 3 years experience
    • Good knowledge of any accounting software
    • ICAN certification (added advantage)

    Requirements:

    • Significant work experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a senior role and experience working with a Tech Company.
    • Proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle.
    • Familiarity with market research, consumer behavior, marketing techniques, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor product management teams.
    • Technical expertise in cloud-based systems and experience with complex CRM platforms.
    • Experienced leader: Managed teams across the full employee life cycle and owned a complex set of responsibilities requiring strategic execution.
    • Hands-on leadership: Comfortable taking on projects directly in a small team environment.
    • Technical expertise: Hands-on technical expertise to supervise and contribute to technical work.
    • Clear communication: Effectively communicate technical opportunities and constraints to senior leaders.
