Dispatch Riders at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Prompt delivery/dispatch of all mails and correspondences to and from the GM-FertiGAIL, Blending Plant, Executive Management Office and regulatory authorities. 

THE JOB

• To ensure proper daily recordings of all mails/correspondences.
• To ensure all mails/correspondences ready for dispatch are delivered promptly and timely.
• Daily pickup and delivery of the off-site plants and regulatory office.
• Ensuring that all documents ready for the GM's signature are delivered correctly and in confidence.
• Regularly maintain and inspect the motorcycle to ensure it is good working condition.
• Manage and prioritize multiple delivery tasks to meet up deadlines.
• Adhere to all traffic regulation and safety standards while on the road.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

THE PERSON MUST

• Have good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Have proven experience as a dispatch rider
• Have good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
• Ability to navigate using GPS or maps.
• Be Professional and reliable.
• Excellent time management skills.

QUALIFICATION

• 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sittings/NABTEB/Trade Test.
• Riders Card.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 2 years’ cognate experience.
