    ECommerce Sales Consultant

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time hybrid role for an ECommerce Sales Consultant at ChamsAccess.
    • The ECommerce Sales Consultant will be responsible for sales consulting, customer satisfaction, communication, customer service, and consulting.

    Qualifications

    • Sales Consulting, Customer Satisfaction, and Consulting skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Experience in the ECommerce industry is a plus
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Proven experience in e-commerce sales and marketing
    • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing techniques
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics
    • Ability to analyze market trends and consumer insights
    • Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
    • Knowledge of customer service principles
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
