    Key Responsibilities 

    •  Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. ○ Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
    • Executive Support
    • Task Management
    • Communication
    • Administrative Duties

    Qualifications  Requirement 

    • Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
    •  Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. 
    •  Ability to use Canva is a plus. 
    •  Discretion and confidentiality are essential. 
    •  Must be based in Ibadan, Nigeria.
