Job Summary: As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support for the MD/CEO. You will work alongside the MD/CEO to proactively support their day-to-day management activities towards achieving organisational goals.
We are looking for a strong team player who has the ability to plan and organize work, anticipate needs, ask for clarification when required and react quickly to change. You maintain an attention to detail and monitor the quality of your work. You have intermediate computer skills with the Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and have a strong knowledge of office procedures and related policies. You are also able to manage protected and confidential documents and information. As well, you are able to write clear and grammatically correct short documents and can convey straightforward messages.
Qualification: B.Sc/HND Degree
Five (5) – Seven (7) years of experience in a similar role.
