    Executive Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Review documents
    • Accounting / bookkeeping
    • Calendar management
    • Conduct research
    • Client relations
    • Design and maintain a filing system
    • Handle information requests
    • Organize meetings
    • Keep records
    • Arrange travel plans
    • Typing
    • Event planning
    • Prepare statistical reports
    • Processing expense reports
    • Take meeting minutes.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a minimum of B.Sc Degree with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.

    Salary
    N50,000 Monthly.
