Experienced Frozen Chicken Marketer at Pally Agro Products Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive the promotion and sales of our frozen chicken products across various channels.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics within the chicken processing industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, and operations, to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and retailers, ensuring our products reach a wide audience.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, market dynamics, and emerging trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing within the food processing industry, with a strong focus on poultry products.
• Demonstrated ability to sell a minimum of 5000kg (5 Tons) of frozen chicken products, with an established client base extending beyond Lagos.
• Deep understanding of the HORECA sector, with a network of clients and contacts.
• Strong grasp of market research, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Creative mindset with a knack for developing innovative and effective marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet business objectives.
