Finance Executive (Procurement) at Kadick Integrated Limited

Job Summary

• Preferably Female (For gender balance).
• Identify possible and alternate sources of product required in the organization (the right time, price and quality).
• Ensure purchase targets set by vendors for the purpose of optimizing commission earnings are met and promptly escalate observations.
• Source for, collate and analyze all quotations received to ensure that vendors with the most competitive pricing are selected at all times.
• Generate the Purchase Order using BAS, circulate purchase order to suppliers and contractors as the case may be, and follow up such orders to ensure delivery consistent with the contract terms.
• Oversee product flow and implement new processes as required in order to improve efficiency and to support growth.
• Interface with the various supplier’s/service providers in order to ensure that the company gets value at all times.
• Maintain a database of all Purchase Orders/Contracts.
• Execute all procurement transactions in full compliance with the company’s Policy, Processes and Procedures.
• Ensure that payment obligations with suppliers are met promptly in agreed guidelines/contract.
• All repayment for supplier’s credit must be done within the agreed timelines and there shall be no default.

Location: Must live around Ajah-Sangotedo axis

Salary: 100k -120k (Gross).
