    GA Field Supervisor

    DESCRIPTION

    We’re on the lookout for an experienced Field Supervisor in the Northern Nigeria with modern trade experience who will be responsible for achievement of set sales turnover in a given territory and effective management of sales staff to realize maximum product availability at all times at the least possible cost.

    As a Field Supervisor you will be responsible for:

    • Achievement of Set Sales objectives: Ensure sales volume growth through demand creation and monitor quality of work produced by field team and take corrective action when necessary.
    • Account management alignment: Ensure distributor management through working closely with Retails Chains & Clients Sales team to meet and exceed sales growth targets
    • Operational excellence: Work closely with the client account teams to meet sales & growth targets and keep abreast of new developments in the industry & communicate new developments to field team and Project Manager
    • HHT Management: Daily tracking of the HHT login and follow-up on the gaps with the team and review the accuracy and quality of information punched by the field team.
    • Effective People Management: Manage field team performance, taking corrective action (in line with Code of Conduct) when staff’s conduct or performance is not in line with company and agreed standards, policies & procedures. Provide feedback to management.
    • Effective Team & Self-Management: Demonstrate consistent application of internal procedures and  the ability to anticipate and manage change

    REQUIREMENTS

    What are we looking for? 

    To qualify for this role, you should have 

    • 3 Years’ or more experience in the FMCG Industry as senior sales representative
    •  Degree, Higher or Basic Diploma in sales & marketing or relevant field
      Sales Management
    • People management
    • Administration skills
    • Customer Service Skills
    • Communication Skills (verbal & written)
