    Head of Corporate Sales

    Job Summary

    • Our client is seeking a dynamic Head of Corporate Sales to spearhead the expansion of their Takaful Health Insurance business within the corporate sector.
    • Develop and implement an effective sales strategy aligned with the overall business objectives to develop revenue and market share growth in the Takaful Health Insurance sector.
    • Identify and target potential corporate clients ranging from large Enterprise to SMEs to expand the company's client portfolio.
    • Manage marketing and sales budget effectively and optimize resource allocation to achieve desired revenue objectives.
    • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.
    • Collaborate with the Product Development Team to optimize product offerings and pricing strategies based on market demands.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 4 years post NYSC with at least 3 years cognate experience in sales or a sales-related role in a Health Insurance company.
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, other languages will be an asset.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing marketing team.
    • Good knowledge of digital marketing and content development.

    Gross Salary

    • N350,000 - N450,000 / Month.
    • Plus Health Insurance Cover.
