    Head of Sales - Real Estate

    JOB SUMMARY:

    • The role will report to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for promoting the firm’s products and services to customers and negotiate with the sole aim of maximizing sales profits.

    RESPONSIBITLITIES:

    • Work with the Operations Manager to set target for the year, Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the firm’s customer base and secure s strong niche.
    • Carry out bi-monthly analysis of the firm’s sales performance, recommend and execute approved performance improvement initiatives to manage sales especially at off-peaks periods.
    • Implement the firm’s Sales Process ensuring the process is standardizes, measurable and effective.
    • Present sales revenue and realistic forecast to the Management team weekly.
    • Identify the new markets and business opportunities; product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • A first degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related social science disciplines.
    • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a related role within a sports/ recreational or hospitality facility or any related business.
    • Demonstrable ability to supervise, plan organize and prioritize responsibility to consistently meet deadlines
    • Creative, innovative and technology oriented.
