    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Color Matcher to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for color, excellent observational skills, and the ability to work with various materials and products to ensure color consistency and quality.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze and match colors to meet specific standards and requirements.
    • Collaborate with the production team to ensure color accuracy throughout the manufacturing process.
    • Conduct color evaluations using visual assessments and color measurement instruments.
    • Maintain and calibrate color-matching equipment.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc, HND, or equivalent in a related field.
    • Proven experience of at least 3-5 in color matching, preferably in textiles, paint, and plastics.
    • Strong understanding of color theory and color science.
    • Proficient in using color-matching tools and software.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

    Responsibilities

    Finance Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
    • Develop trends and projections for the Company’s finances.
    • Support to conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
    • Supervision and Management of Finance Officers.
    • Assist to prepare the company’s budget.
    • Preparation of monthly Management Report
    • Liaise with audit/tax consultants and finance regulatory bodies to ensure appropriate monitoring and compliance of company finances is maintained.
    • Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
    • Any other finance and tax-related duties
    • And any other duties assigned to you in the course of your employment with us.

    Key Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.SC in Accounts or related field
    • ACCA / ACA
    • Master’s Degree in Accounts or equivalent an advantage
    • Proven experience in finance management
    • Five years post qualification experience
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
    • Proficiency in accounting software Additional Requirements
    • Analytical skills.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Hands-on experience in preparing company accounts
    • Confident oral presentation and communication skills to influence, persuade, negotiate, motivate and agree on commitments with colleagues in a high-pressure environment
    • Approachable and able to coach and assist colleagues with accounting problems/issues
    • Numerate and articulate in handling statistics and interpreting information for communication to all levels within the business
    • Flexible, well organized with lots of initiative, energy and personal motivation
    • Results-oriented and determined in resolving issues and achieving objectives
    • Significant experience in conflict resolution and dealing with sensitive issues
    • A keen eye for detail and a desire to probe further into data
    • Ability to stick to time constraints
