Hostel Owner at Greenland Hall

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as a Hostel Owner at Greenland Hall in Ifo.
• The Hostel Owner will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents, managing staff, coordinating maintenance and repairs, handling bookings and guest relations, and overseeing budget and financial matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management, property management, or related field
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Flexibility and availability to handle emergencies or urgent situations
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Background in education or counseling is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
