    HR Business Partner

    Job Summary:

    • The HR Business Partner OD is responsible for collaborating with business units to understand current people and capability requirements and in the future, and for brokering intelligent, fit-for-purpose solutions to those requirements.
    • You should be able to complete organisational diagnosis and shape and build a wide range of organizational development initiatives for implementation. i.e. workforce planning, career and succession planning, employee recognition, organizational design, organisational culture, and diversity.

    Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

    • Drive the delivery of the organisation's development strategy including Job analysis, development plans, and targeted interventions
    • Provide effective guidance on organisation design, workforce planning, and change management to key initiatives and projects within the organisation
    • Provide internal consultancy services to business leaders and line managers and act as a subject matter expert on organizational development practices within the organisation
    • Design and develop programs and initiatives aligned to the OD strategy aimed at building overall organisational capability and desired culture to support improved organizational performance
    • Ensure internal customer and key stakeholder expectations are understood and where possible, met
    • In collaboration with the Management and People team develop a simple effective competency framework aligned to the business strategy
    • Development and management of project plan and stakeholder and communications plan for approved initiative from assessment to implementation
    • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
    • Keep up to date with administrative, auditing and reporting responsibilities required of the position
    • Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development

    Qualifications/Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum 3 years of experience in the Organisational Development role
    • OD Professional training & development or qualification is an added advantage
    • Experience in development and learning interventions to drive the people strategy and embed a culture of high performance
    • Significant knowledge of Organisational Development theories, tools and techniques
    • Experience in driving change within a complex environment
