    HR Consultant

    Responsibilities 

    • Work with senior consultants in the execution of HR and Organizational Development (OD) projects for clients, including culture assessments, skills development initiatives, and change management programs.
    • Initiate and lead specific HR projects, providing advice to clients, and formulating strategic plans to address pertinent challenges in client organizations.
    • Engage with clients to understand their needs and requirements, providing responsive support and assistance throughout project lifecycles.
    • Conduct research and analysis on HR trends, industry best practices, and client-specific challenges to lead client conversations, proffer recommendations and solutions to client issues, and deliver on project requirements.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and deliverables for clients, incorporating data-driven insights and recommendations.
    • Work within all the business units in the organisation, supporting in the growth and development of crucial business processes and systems to enhance business scale and performance.
    • Demonstrate strong business acumen, while engaging in pertinent business development activities including preparing proposals, project mandates, and client presentations.
    • Conduct research, engage in brainstorming sessions, to identify organizational issues / problem areas, proferring solutions on policies, procedures, tools, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance team effectiveness and performance.

    Requirements

    • First Degree in any related field.
    • HR Certification is an added advantage
    • Minimum of 5-12 years of professional-level experience in Human Resources, preferably in a consulting organisation
    • In-depth knowledge of Human Resources Management principles, standard processes & best practices
    • Practical knowledge of Organizational Development design and implementation.
