Role Summary:

• The Senior HR Manager will lead and manage our HR department, ensuring a vibrant and healthy working environment.
• You will oversee the recruitment process, design company policies, and set objectives for the HR team.
• Additionally, you will help shape our employer brand strategy and develop, implement, and manage our Employee Value Proposition programme.
• This role requires a strategic leader who can drive HR initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with all HR regulations.
• The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex HR functions, from talent acquisition to employee relations, and will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and HR strategy.

QUALIFICATION

• BSc in Human Resources
• Management or relevant discipline.
• At least 10 years of proven work experience as Senior HR Manager.
• ExperienCe with HR Management Tools, including Payroll System & ATS.
• Certified HR Professional with a specialisation in human resources
