    Human Resource Analyst

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
    • Manage outsourced staff and maintain client relationships with all parties involved.
    • Maintaining and updating outsourced employees’ details.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of second-class upper (2.1)
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. HR certification is an added advantage (CIPM, HRCI).
    • 1 to 2 years relevant HR experience (consulting experience is an added advantage)
