    Human Resources (HR) / Administrative Officer

    Job Description

    • The HR/Admin Officer will play a crucial role in managing and supporting HR and administrative functions with a strong emphasis on HR outsourcing services.
    • This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a deep understanding of HR processes and outsourcing models.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
    • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization.
    • Support employee relations initiatives and address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of respect and inclusion.
    • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including record-keeping, data entry, and maintaining employee files.
    • Ensure compliance with HR-related legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management systems.
    • Identify training and development needs and assist in designing and delivering training programs.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with a focus on HR outsourcing.
    • Strong knowledge of HR processes and outsourcing models.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
