Human Resources Officer at Steadfast International Trade & Industry Limited

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support employee onboarding and maintain HR records.
• Help organize training sessions and employee events
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Help manage employee relations issues and provide support in conflict resolution.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Requirements

•  BSc in Human Resources or other related social science field.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience is required.
• Effective written and speaking communication skills
• Fast computer typing skills (MS office and Excel, in particular).
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Must live around Ikeja and its environs
