ICT Officer at Prosperity Microfinance Bank Nigeria Limited

Location: Benin City, Edo

Responsibilities

• Ensure data security and integrity
• Implement a new computer system
• Run opening and end of the day programme
• Ensure daily back-up of banking data
• Print Bank Statements - monthly and on request
• Generate management report
• Train users
• Advise the business on appropriate computer systems taking into account profitability, set business goals, cost and quality
• Allocate password privileges to users
• Support users to optimize available hardware and software resources
• Develop, implement and manage service level agreement
• Manage incidents, problems and computer configuration
• Develop and implement strategic IT initiative that supports corporate Business Plan
• IT Infrastructural survey and change proposal
• Develop and implement IT Policy
• Develop and implement a business disaster recovery plan

Requirements
Applicants must possess:

• At least a BSc or an HND in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Previous experience in supporting a standard banking software
• Certification in database management and Microsoft Office Tools
• Ability to work independently and handle complex business problems
• Able to deliver stretching targets.
