    Information Technology Support Officer

    Overview:

    • As an ICT Support Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our software users, including students and lecturers, have a seamless experience.
    • You will be responsible for training users, providing technical support, and marketing new features.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct training sessions for students and lecturers on how to use our LMS software.
    • Provide ongoing technical support to users, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
    • Create and deliver presentations to effectively communicate software features and updates.
    • Market new features of the software to users to enhance their experience and engagement.
